first fix
First fix comprises all the work needed to take a building from its foundations to an point where we can plaster and for that reason is the carpentry done when producing new structures or modifying pre existing ones.
Second Fix
Second Fixings includes all the finishings of an project after the plastering, examples being electrical fixtures being connected to the electrics, doors fitted to doorframes and sinks or baths connected to plumbing ect... with all jobs being different and suiting each customers specifications; having an team that can provide both first and second fittings at top standards makes for an more turnkey service for our customers.
